Our used and reconditioned Grade A 48" x 40" heat-treated wooden pallets—also known as Chicago pallets, HT pallets, export pallets, and #1 pallets—offer a reliable and cost-effective solution for shipping, warehousing, manufacturing, distribution, and export applications.
Each pallet is carefully inspected and reconditioned for dependable performance. Reconditioning may include replacing damaged boards, repairing loose components, removing protruding nails, and ensuring the pallet is suitable for safe handling and reuse. Because these are used pallets, normal signs of prior use—such as minor scratches, discoloration, nail holes, or cosmetic wear—may be present.
These pallets are heat-treated to a minimum wood core temperature of 56°C (132.8°F) for at least 30 minutes to help eliminate pests and meet ISPM 15 international shipping requirements. Pallets intended for export should have a valid, legible HT/IPPC stamp.
The 4-way entry design allows access from all four sides by forklift or compatible pallet jack. Built from durable wood, these reusable pallets are stackable and support loads of up to 2,500 pounds, depending on load distribution, pallet condition, and handling practices.
